The Art of Cooking, is an engaging and comprehensive program designed for youth (ages 10-17) and adult women, focusing on healthy eating, proper food preparation, and foundational culinary skills. The program emphasizes the three C's in culinary: color, consistency, and creativity, teaching participants to make nutritious food choices, handle food safely, and master basic cooking methods like boiling, sautéing, baking, and grilling.
By the end of Culinary Basics 101, participants will have a well-rounded understanding of nutrition and culinary techniques to create delicious, visually appealing, and consistently high-quality meals with confidence and creativity.
