Ceola is an advocate for women and children, especially the youth, the unhoused and under-served population; Ceola launched Dream2b to expand her support to women and children to a community-wide effort through its programs and services, including performing arts. Since a child, Ceola has had a love to write creatively. Writing as a child was a way of escape for her, and in early 2000, she took pen to pad and wrote what would become her first stage play. Since then, she has written, produced, directed, and designed the set for 6 stage plays.
Ceola also has a passion for community and began her community work in 1999 and moved into the nonprofit sector in 2013, supporting women, children, and the unhoused population. Lorraine Lewis is an entrepreneur and business owner. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting and has worked in accounting for over twenty years. Raised in the A.M.E. church, Lorraine was active with the Young Peoples's Division. Lorraine has served as a Trustee, The Young Peoples Division Director, on the Treasury Board and helped with the Health Ministry.
For several years Lorraine served as a Bay Point Community All In One Collaborative member and on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Precious Little Ones. Lorraine truly believes that she can do all things through Christ, who strengthens her, and that He won't put more on her than she can bear.
Deandre (Dre) has a heart of compassion for underserved communities and the unhoused population. Dre brings a wealth of knowledge to Dream2b, having worked over 25 years in the entertainment industry as an artist, producer, and composer.
Dre began his music career on the heels of his beloved mother, Dolores Davis-Griffin, one of the Bay Area's well-known organists. Dre took vocal training from the phenomenal Darryl Coley and studied music theory and psychology in college. Dre has collaborated with Bay Area's gospel icon Tremaine Hawkins, Alonzo Jackson, Taura Stinson, Dawn of En Vogue, Tony Toni Tone's Carl Wheeler and Elijah Baker, the Bay Area's American Idol, Latoya London, Pink, Chante' Moore, Destiny's Child, Deborah Cox, and more.
Today, Dre is still a sought-after music producer and continues writing and producing music for seasoned and up-and-coming artists. In addition to writing and producing music for four stage play productions, the sitcom 212 Vernon Place, and an upcoming Christmas feature film, Finding Her Voice for Christmas.
Mrs. Pamela Dobson is married to William Dobson, and they make their home in Fort Worth, Texas. She is the proud mother of four grown children, a grandmother of fourteen grandchildren, and the great-grandmother of twelve.
Pamela is affectionately known and called Mama Pam domestically and internationally by many. She is a host of several platforms where she shares and encourages globally through her daily Sev7n Minute read of the Bible. In addition to broadcasting her SMRF Sev7n Minute Read Family across ten social media platforms, Pamela is the published author of the book, “A Family Affair,” a book of poetry. She says, “In her poems is everything you ever wanted to know about her and was afraid to ask.” Pamela also loves to sing and has published a song entitled “Encourage Yourself.” She calls these beautiful works her Million Dollar Poem and her Million Dollar Song.
Pamela is a special needs teacher, mother of three daughters, published author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Pamela owned, operated, and created the curriculum for her daycare for 13 years, where she cared for infants from six weeks old and taught toddlers through five years old. She also taught Children's Ministry for 17 years at her church. In addition, Pamela holds an AA degree in Marketing Management.
Pamela is the published author of the book, "From Tragedy To Triumph." In this book, Pamela shares her testimony ofhow God brought her through the loss of her daughter and the trials of life with victory. Pamela is an avid reader and loves to learn and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. She loves God and wants to spread the gospel to the world and does so during her weekly Facebook and YouTube Live broadcastings. Pamela also believes in caring for God's children naturally and feeds and ministers to the homeless, a ministry of love that brings her heart so much joy.
Don “Dusty” Phelps is a director, stage manager, and director. Dusty worked in Corporate America for 36 years before deciding to hang up his suit and tie and pick up a script. However, theater has always been Dusty’s passion. Dusty majored in Theatrical Arts at Cal State University in Hayward, CA. After retiring in 2012, Dusty pursued acting roles in local theaters.
In 2017, Dusty booked a role as David in the stage play, From Female to Woman to Lady; in 2018, Dusty co-directed the trilogy, “If These Walls Could Talk " while also playing the role of Deacon Kinglsey in the production. In 2020, Dusty reprieved his role as Deacon Kingsley and co-directed the new TV sitcom, “212 Vernon Place,” He also co-directed the new hit gospel stage play, Finding Her Voice.
Dusty has a strong sense of community and has served his community in many capacities, including mentoring the youth. Dusty loves to cook and served as the leader and head chef at this church and ran the food pantry where he provided meals to the under-served and un-housed population.
