Ceola J. - Founder, Board President and Executive Director
Ceola J. is a dedicated advocate for women and children. She has a deep passion for helping single women, women with children, youth, the unhoused, and underserved communities. Driven to make a positive difference in the lives of others, she launched Dream2b, a community-wide initiative providing comprehensive support through transformative programs and services.
From an early age, Ceola found peace in creative writing, using it as an escape from life's challenges. In the early 2000s, she penned her first stage play, which marked the beginning of an incredible journey. Since then, she has written, produced, directed, and designed the set for an impressive portfolio of six stage plays, each a testament to her boundless talent and storytelling prowess.
With determination and passion for community, Ceola's philanthropic journey began in 1999, eventually leading her into the nonprofit sector in 2013. Throughout the years, she has supported numerous nonprofits and churches, serving as an administrator and dedicated community advocate, working to empower and uplift those in need.

Lorraine T. Lewis - Assistant Executive Director
Lorraine is a multifaceted individual driven by a deep passion for real estate, caregiving, and empowering others. As a devoted mother of two, Lorraine embraces nurturing in her personal and professional life. Early in her journey, Lorraine embarked on a career in accounting and finance. However, her true calling lay in Real Estate. For 16 years, she thrived in traditional Real Estate.
With an innate desire to take care of people, Lorraine expanded her horizons as an entrepreneur, venturing into various businesses that, over the last two decades, have allowed her to positively impact the welfare of others.
Rooted in the rich tradition of the A.M.E. church, Lorraine draws strength from her family's spiritual legacy. With a mother serving as a Minister and a father as a Deacon, faith, and community have been pivotal elements shaping her life's purpose.
Dedicated to empowering and uplifting women and children, Lorraine's involvement with non-profit organizations is important to her. Her story is an inspiring testament to the power of compassion and the pursuit of dreams, and her impact on the lives of others is nothing short of remarkable.
Deandre L. Griffin (Dre) - Vice President and Board Member
Deandre, also known as DreLovesGod, possesses a heart of compassion that resonates deeply with underserved communities and the unhoused population; it's an exerpiece he can personally relate to. With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Dre brings a wealth of knowledge to Dream2b.
His music journey took flight under the influence of his beloved mother, the renowned Bay Area organist, Dolores Davis-Griffin. Dre's vocal prowess was honed under the guidance of the phenomenal Darryl Coley, while his college studies delved into the realms of music theory and psychology.
Throughout his career, Dre has collaborated with many distinguished artists. Dre remains a sought-after music producer, crafting extraordinary compositions for both seasoned and up-and-coming talents. His creative journey includes writing and producing music for four stage play productions, the sitcom 212 Vernon Place, and an upcoming Christmas feature film, 'Finding Her Voice for Christmas."
With a heart full of compassion and his passion for music, everyone knows DreLovesGod as a stand-up guy who is always willing to share is wealth of musical wisdom with up and coming artists as well as those well-known and with his community.
Pamela Dobson - Board Secretary
Pamela Dobson, is a powerhouse of love, wisdom, and creativity. As a devoted wife, Pamela takes immense pride in being the nurturing mother of four grown children, a grandmother of fourteen grandchildren, and a great-grandmother of twelve.
Affectionately known as Mama Pam both domestically and internationally, Pamela's influence extends far and wide. She hosts multiple platforms where she spreads encouragement and inspiration globally through her daily Sev7n Minute read of the Bible. With a strong online presence, Pamela reaches hearts and souls across ten social media platforms with her SMRF Sev7n Minute Read Family.
Beyond her online endeavors, Pamela showcases her literary talent as the published author of "A Family Affair," a captivating book of poetry. Her words reflect her depth and vulnerability, offering a glimpse into her heart and soul like never before.
Adding to her creative repertoire, Pamela's passion for music shines bright as she shares her soul-stirring song, "Encourage Yourself." These powerful expressions of her artistic brilliance are lovingly referred to as her Million Dollar Poem and Million Dollar Song.

Dusty Phelps - Board Member
Don "Dusty" Phelps, a powerhouse in the world of theater. With a remarkable journey spanning 36 years in Corporate America, Dusty chose to follow his true passion by exchanging his suit and tie for the stage lights and script.
Dusty's love for theater has always burned brightly, leading him to major in Theatrical Arts at Cal State University in Hayward, CA. After retiring in 2012, he fearlessly pursued acting roles in local theaters, stepping into the spotlight with zeal.
His talent and dedication quickly bore fruit, with notable roles in stage plays like "From Female to Woman to Lady" as David in 2017 and "If These Walls Could Talk" trilogy, where he co-directed and portrayed Deacon Kingsley in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, Dusty reprised his role as Deacon Kingsley while co-directing the new TV sitcom, "212 Vernon Place," and co-directing the hit gospel stage play, "Finding Her Voice."
Beyond the stage, Dusty's heart beats for community service, mentoring the youth, and culinary delights. He served as a leader and head chef at his church, where he ran a food pantry, providing meals to the under-served and unhoused population.
Dusty's impact echoes far beyond the theater curtains. His journey is a testament to the power of following one's passion and giving back to those in need.
